Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform (the “Service”) provided to your organisation (the “Customer”). By creating a workspace you accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping credentials secure, and for the acts of your users. Each workspace is isolated; you may access only your own organisation’s data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, or upload unlawful content. Personal data of applicants must be handled in line with the applicable data-protection law (see our Privacy notice).
4. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at purchase. Trials convert to the Free plan if not upgraded. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Service levels are described in our SLA.
5. Data protection
We process personal data as described in the Privacy notice and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. You remain the data fiduciary for your applicants’ data.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination we make your data available for export for a limited window, after which it may be deleted.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
